Not happy with our puffs?
As a small company, we do our best to listen to and address every customer who has had a less than favorable experience with our product. Our puffs are non-returnable due to the consumable nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund and/or free replacement as applicable. Please send an email to email@example.com with subject: REFUND and let us know the reason for your dissatisfaction. Please include the 7-digit LOT code on the back of the package or outer case (next to the best-buy date) so we can do our best to investigate possible reasons the product was not up to our customers' expectations further.
